At Momzy we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our website momzyworld.com. The person responsible for the data is Heba Hasan, owner of Momzy.

Information we collect

When you make a purchase, register for a session or contact us, we collect the following information:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Delivery address (town, street and house number)

Order notes (if any)

When you register for a workshop or session: your town and, depending on the service, your baby's date of birth and name, your week of pregnancy or the week your baby was born if premature, and the topic of the session

When you join the mailing list: your email address

For your digital library account: your email address and password (stored in hashed form, never as plain text)

Browsing data: the pages you visit, how you reached the site (for example, an ad campaign) and your device type — through cookies and measurement tools (section 5)

We do not collect credit card details — payment is processed directly through the secure HYP payment gateway.

Baby and pregnancy details are requested only to place you in the workshop that suits your baby's age and to prepare the session; they are never used for advertising or passed to any measurement or advertising tool.

How we use your information

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

Processing and confirming your order

Contacting you about your order or delivery status

Sending promotional messages if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Improving our services and products

Managing your workshop and session registrations and contacting you about them

Measuring how the site and our ads perform, in aggregate

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data to any third party. We share your information only with:

The shipping company — to deliver your order

The HYP payment gateway — to process payment securely

Email and messaging services — to send order confirmations and pass session details to Heba

The site's hosting providers — to store information securely

Meta's and Google's measurement and advertising tools — which receive browsing data and actions on the site, without your name, phone, email or any health details

All third parties are bound to keep your data confidential in accordance with applicable laws.

Data security

The site is encrypted with HTTPS. Information is stored in a secure database that only authorised, password-protected users can access. Credit card details are entered directly on HYP's payment page, so they never pass through or stay with us. We take accepted precautions to keep information confidential, though no computer system is completely secure.

Cookies

We use cookies and local browser storage for three purposes:

Operation — keeping your shopping cart, language and currency

Measurement (Google Analytics) — to understand how the site is used

Advertising (Meta Pixel) — to measure our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Blocking operational cookies may affect the shopping cart.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

Request correction of any inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)

Unsubscribe from marketing messages

Data retention

We keep order and registration data for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. When you unsubscribe from the mailing list we stop emailing you immediately, and keep only a record of the unsubscribe so you are not added again without your consent.
