By using the Momzy website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page. Please read them carefully before continuing.

About the site

Momzy is a motherhood care platform founded by Heba Hasan — a certified nurse, lactation consultant and pregnancy & birth doula. The site offers physical and digital products and recorded workshops for moms.

Purchase and payment

Purchasing is available without registering an account — anonymously

Purchases on the site are permitted only to persons aged 18 or over, and completing a purchase confirms that you are

Prices are in Israeli shekels ₪ and include VAT; from outside Israel payment is in US dollars at the price shown at checkout

Payment is processed through the secure HYP payment gateway

An order is considered confirmed once payment confirmation is received from HYP

We reserve the right to refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is available within Israel and the West Bank, and physical products can be ordered and in-person sessions booked from within these areas only

Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days from order confirmation

Shipping fee: ₪40 for physical products, unless the product page states that shipping is free — and always free for digital products

The store will not be responsible for delays in delivering the product in the following cases:

Force majeure — war, riots, a state of emergency, natural disasters
A strike at delivery or shipping companies
Any cause beyond the store's control

Cancelling a purchase, returns and exchanges

You may cancel a purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, as follows:

Physical products:

Before the product is shipped — you may cancel the order at any time for a full refund, with no cancellation fee

After you receive the product — you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is returned complete, unused, in its original packaging and without damage or defect

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or different from what was ordered

Digital booklets and recorded workshops:

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase as long as the booklet has not been opened and the workshop has not been viewed; once opened or viewed, the purchase cannot be cancelled, as the digital content has been delivered in full

In the event of a technical issue, we are committed to finding an alternative solution

How to cancel an order:

Send your cancellation in writing — by email to ⁦hello@momzyworld.com⁩ or on WhatsApp to ⁦+972504464500⁩ — with the name on the order and the order number

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Workshops and sessions — rescheduling and cancellation

Registration for workshops and one-on-one sessions is final: it cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable.

If something comes up and you cannot attend, you may ask to move your place to another date — provided the request reaches us more than 24 hours before the session begins. We will then hold an alternative date for you from those available, at no extra charge.

A request that arrives within the last 24 hours before the session — or not showing up without notice — ends the registration for good: no new date and no refund, and attending later requires registering and paying again.

The 24 hours are counted from the session's scheduled start time, and a rescheduling request is sent by WhatsApp only.

And if Heba has to cancel a session or change its time, we will let you know as soon as it happens and offer you an alternative date, or refund the full amount if that alternative does not suit you.

Digital content rights

All digital products (the booklets and recorded workshops) are the exclusive intellectual property of Heba Hasan.

Publishing, distributing or sharing the content with any other party is strictly prohibited

Reselling the content or using it for commercial purposes is prohibited

Your reading link is personal and never expires — reading is unlimited

Use is limited to personal purposes only

Any violation of these rights exposes the offender to legal liability.

Product liability and limitation of liability

The information provided on the site and in the products is of an awareness and educational nature and is not a substitute for consulting a doctor or health professional. Momzy is not responsible for any consequences arising from applying the information provided without consulting a specialist.

Momzy and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by using a service or product purchased on the site. Responsibility for using the information presented on the site, in the products and in the workshops lies with the user alone, and in any case Momzy's liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service

Use the products for their intended purpose and according to any instructions included. The soy candle must only be lit under supervision, away from babies, children and flammable materials; keep the candle and the seeds out of children's reach

If a product arrives defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving it, ideally with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping

Privacy

We use the details you provide — name, phone, email, delivery address and session registration details — only to run the site, to process your order or registration and contact you about it, and to send marketing messages only if you agreed to receive them. We do not sell your details or pass them to others, except to the service providers this requires (payments, shipping, email, messaging and hosting). Credit card details are never stored by us — they are entered directly on HYP's secure payment page. The site is encrypted (HTTPS), and data is kept in a secure database that only authorised people can access. The full details, including cookies and measurement tools, are in our privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The date of the last update will be published at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Israel.
